Payment for tickets can be made in the following ways:
On line. Look for the "Buy Tickets" link with each invdividual event listing. This will take you direct to our secure internet ticket sales facility. There is a $1 per ticket convenience fee. You may choose to pick up your tickets from the Box Office or you may have them posted to you (fee applies).
At the Box Office. Most people buy tickets for events from the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office, Victoria Parade, Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays, and for 90 minutes before performances. We accept cash and Mastercard and Visa and debit cards (EFTPOS).
Dial 'n' Charge. Mastercard or Visa card holders can pay for tickets by using our dial 'n' charge number, (4927 4111). You then pick up the tickets from the Box Office any time before the show. A small fee is charged for this telephone service. Our seating plan on page 12 of the current PDC Directory will help you choose your seats. There is a $4 phone charge per transaction.
