Payment for tickets can be made in the following ways:
On line. Look for the "Buy Tickets" link with each individual event listing. This will take you direct to our secure internet ticket sales facility. There is a per ticket convenience fee, which will be displayed before you complete your transaction. You may choose to pick up your tickets from the Box Office or you may have them posted to you (fee applies).
At the Box Office. Tickets are on sale from the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office, Victoria Parade, Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays, and for 90 minutes before performances. We accept cash and Mastercard and Visa and debit cards (EFTPOS).
Dial 'n' Charge. Mastercard or Visa card holders can pay for tickets by using our dial 'n' charge number, (4927 4111). You then pick up the tickets from the Box Office any time before the show. A small convenience fee is charged for this telephone service. Our seating plan on page 12 of the current PDC Directory will help you choose your seats.
Direct Marketing.Rockhampton Venues and Events may contact you, generally by email and post, with promotional material about upcoming shows. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact our Box Office on 4927 4111 or click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of one of the emails.
Please note that we sell tickets to events as an agent of the event organiser. In some cases, an event organiser has set, as a condition of the sale of tickets to the event, the requirement that any contact information provided by you to the box office is released to their organisation at the conclusion of the event. If you do not agree to releasing this information, please advise the box office staff of this at the time of your ticket purchase. For online purchases, please ensure you untick the patron marketing box during the transaction.
